Depending on where you are going and how far you are hiking, you may be quite comfortable in a three-season tent. Stop occasionally and take off your shoes and socks.
Sit back in your folding chair and watch the squirrels jump from branch to branch. A good flashlight is definitly high on our list of camping essentials.
